- Developing partnerships with vendors, suppliers, warehouse and trucking to obtain competitive prices, good services, cargoes to enrich the source of customers and increase profits.
- Identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues.
- Perform market research and analysis, develop and implement strategy, communicate company policy to sales team.
- On time and accurate business report requested by Manager.
- Lead and develop a high caliber sales team who are driven to deliver results.
- Positive attend 90% Company’s training courses & activities.
- Maintain proper filing of potential customer and existing client records.
- Proactively engages with new prospects in ITL products (Freight forwarding, contract logistics…) related activities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct sales team planning and follow up in line with departmental targets, objectives and strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve the requirements of customers.
- Zero bad debt sign off.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Minimum 07 years working in logistics / freight forwarding industry & at least 3 years in Management position;
- Customer and service oriented.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situation.
- Senior sales techniques.
- Excellent Presentation techniques, comfortable with meeting for large group of people.
- Knowledge of company goals and strategies.
